||Purchasing and Ordering
|Since our products are handmade and mostly made to order, we will confirm product availability to your email for your acknowledge once your order is placed.
Step I: Check out
Once you have chosen our products, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
Step II: Placing an Order
- Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes
- The address you want to ship to
- Your credit card type, number and expiration date
You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Place Order". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order. (Cancelation fee is applicable)
We don’t accept partial cancelation. Please re-order in the system to ensure your final order and the recalculated shipping cost.
Refund amount will be credited back to your credit card depending on your credit card issuing bank, which normally is within 30 days.
